If you message us via WhatsApp, that conversation runs on WhatsApp’s own platform (operated by Meta), which has its own privacy policy covering how it handles your messages and contact details.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, typically no longer than 3 years after your last appointment.
