About Us
These terms apply to services provided by Miss Beauty Salon Ltd, 29 Southgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 1TP. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Appointments
Appointments can be made via Fresha or WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but all bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary and will give you as much notice as possible.
Pricing
Prices are as listed on our services page and via Fresha. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price quoted at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.
Age Policy
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to unaccompanied minors.
Patch Tests
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before certain colour and chemical treatments. If you decline or skip a patch test and experience an adverse reaction, Miss Beauty Salon Ltd cannot be held liable. Please see our Patch Test Policy for full details.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, failure to comply with health and safety requirements, or where carrying out a treatment would pose a risk to the client or our staff.
Satisfaction & Refunds
We offer a 7-day free correction policy. We do not offer cash or card refunds for services already performed. Please see our Satisfaction Policy for full details.
Liability
Miss Beauty Salon Ltd takes every care to provide a safe and professional service. However, we cannot be held liable for reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow our patch test or aftercare guidance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
