Our Commitment
At Miss Beauty Salon, your happiness matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair or nail result, we will put it right — free of charge.
7-Day Rework Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your appointment, contact us within 7 days of your visit and we will arrange a free correction appointment at no extra cost.
How to Request a Rework
Simply message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of your appointment, let us know what you would like adjusted, and we will book you in as soon as possible.
Please Note
- This policy covers corrections to the original service — it does not include changes to a completely different style or colour.
- Requests made after 7 days from the appointment date will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.
- We do not offer cash or card refunds for services already performed. Our commitment is to make sure you leave happy, and if that does not happen first time, we will fix it.
